Unless otherwise specified, all orders are custom per the submitted order form and customer approved signed drawing. Any special notations are acknowledged by signature of both the buyer and Exquisite Gate Co. LLC or their designated representative. Both the order form and attached drawing require the buyer's signature with date. Phone orders must be validated with a signed order form and signed drawing. Inventoried items will be shipped within seven (7) days. Custom orders for product with existing molds will require a minimum of eight (8) to eleven (11) weeks from date of order to delivery. Schedules on orders with custom mold work will be specified at the time of confirmation of order.

Prices are quoted per the Exquisite Gate Co. pricing list as published by Exquisite Gate Co. Prices are subject to change without notice until the acknowledgement of receipt of order. Prices noted at the time of confirmation of order are valid for 30 days. Deposits must be received within the 30-day period or price is subject to change.

All orders picked-up or shipped to addresses inside Arizona will be subject to Arizona State sales tax and other municipal sales tax that may apply. Sales to contractors will be exempt from sales tax subject to the provision of an appropriate tax ID number.

Exquisite Gate Co. accepts payment by check, cashier's check, money order or wiretransfer. Returned checks will result in a $30 processing fee. Terms of payment require a 50 percent deposit at time of placement of order, the remaining balance is due upon order arrival at the port of Long Beach, CA. Additional shipping charges to the final destination will be determined once the order arrives at Long Beach. We require that the final payment be made upon reciept of the arrival notive in order to expedite the port entry procedures.

Cancellation of a contract prior to final customer drawing approval will result in a refund of the deposit minus: 1) 50% of deposit, 2) minus the CAD design time and document preparation time spent on the contract. No refund once the manufactuing has begun since each contract is unique to its application.

All quotes are F.O.B. the Port of Long Beach, California. Due to the fluctuation of inland trucking charges, additional transportation cost can not be determined prior to order arrival. Additional shipping charges will be qoted at that time for delivery to a final destination. Customer will be required to pre-pay the final transportation charges or make arrangements to take possession of their order at the warhouse in Long Beach, CA.
